hi pat , hope u had a great day .....ok here goes ...breakfast was vanilla very berry protein shake and 1 cup of coffee, lunch was 1/2 cup roast beef and 1 cup brocolli and cauliflower and supper was 1 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 cup fruit ****tail( sugar free) had 4 bottles of water and 2 minute maid fruit drinks ...lite...delicious !!!snack before bed another protein shake...372/241/165

hi! i had 2 cheese sticks for breakfast. 3 oz can of tuna for lunch, and a bowl of veggie/beef soup for dinner. i'll be having a protein shake later this evening. deb -138

Breakfast- 2ozs cheese Lunch- 1 1/2 oz of cheese with 5 salad peppers Dinner- 4 scallops and some mixed veggies snack SF peppermint patty and a SF Toffee square and a ton of water..LOL Tess 365.6/246.8/???

Today has included: 2 protein bars 1 yogurt with a splash of cereal (may have a 2nd before bed) 1/2 a baked pork chop with a bit of tomato cheese and crackers I went a whole week without buying/eating my wheatables....... I caved today!!!!, but I am leaving them at work!!!! lost track of my fluids but have done well, water,decaf tea, koolaid and crystal lt. and my normal 'start-the-day-cup' of reg coffee. Did not walk yesterday. Will go tonight after work. I can't continue to use the heat as an excuse...(even tho it is a good one)......'excuses' got me MO........ Tomorrow will be better! Sheila

OMG! Here I am asking others what they ate and I didn't even tell you what I ate!!! Breakfast - none Lunch - 3-4 oz. chicken tenders, 1/2 cup vegetables Dinner - 3-4 oz. chicken tenders, 1 cup baby spinach with balsamic vinegar dressing I've had 1 protein shake which was 35 grams of protein early this morning, and will have another one later. I have also drank about 90 oz. of water. Thank you to those of you *****plied to my post! I will try to post earlier from tomorrow since being in Hawaii might be causing a time difference problem. By the way, in case you are wondering, I get these awesome frozen chicken breast tenders from Costco which I either broil, or bake. You can use them in numerous ways. Oh I was soooo bad today.... It is my son's 7th birthday and his dad is gone right now at a military school so I spoiled the heck out of him and did myself in, in the process...oye Breakfast- Protein cereal bar Lunch- whatever they had for samples at the commissary... some fruit, some sausage, some chicken and a piece of beef. Dinner- My Buffalo Chicken Blue Cheese Burger (I made this for everyone, even the non-low carbie folks loved them... no leftovers and there should have been 10 extra patties) wrapped in organic lettuce Snacks/dessert- chips and salsa, a small handful of tater chips, birthday cake!!! EEK!!! I drank well just not as much as I typically do in a day. I WAS BAD!!! I porked yesterday, and today wasn't very hungry: B: Large cup coffee w/50-50 and splenda; 2 bites Nancy's Quiche L: 1/2 c salad w/feta, nuts and twigs, tomatoes, cucumbers, EVOO/no sugar balsamic D: 1 oz turkey breast, 1 bite fried potatoes w/maple bacon WATER: tons and tons and tons (for me, anyways ) vitamins: ALL Exercise: 10 laps

Good question - time to fess up. B - protein shake with skim milk L - 1/2 thin sirloin patty with gravy, a few french fries (in restaurant and they were home cut, so good, but I only had a few) D - 1 cup left over stir fry from last night made with filet and veggies, cucumber and a little ranch dressing S - 3 pieces SF candy, Lay's Light chips (bad!) Nowhere near enough fluids and no exercise - really bad. Lynne
