I had my surgery in January...

Just an update on how I am doing. Actually, I feel better than I have felt in 12 years! I'm off all my medications, except of course my hormones. I have lost a total of 64 pounds and I'm wearing a loose size 10 and some size 8s. If I don't lose another pound I will be happy. I don't regret making this decision one bit! It's the nicest and best thing I have ever done for myself. I love life and I love me! My hubby smiles all the time!!! I can actually move without pain! I can breathe so easily! I can bend over! I could go on and on...I'm just very happy! I wish the same for all of you! Charlene
