Is Anyone...
...ready to try the various plateau buster-diets that are presented on various boards, especially the main board??
I feel stuck, or slow, and am contemplating trying one of these busters to see if they will work. I have increased my protein immensely and still nothing.
Has anyone done this yet, or felt the need to?

I haven't tried them, but when I have a 2-3 week stall I find when I increase my exercise and fluid intake things tend to get moving. I would try that first and see if it helps. I have read that it is normal for us to slow down, and for our bodies to take a break every now and then.

Well I was at GNC today and the girl there happened to be a WLS patient herself (2 yrs out) suggested a colon cleansing thing that they carry since I admitted that I had not pooped in a few days. LOL! I am half tempted to try it to see if that helps break the plateu I am on.. of course I am gonna talk to the surgeon about it tomorrow!
Brightest Blessings for a Wonderful Day~
