Does anyone else have a hard time keeping food down? It seems that I may go days and everything is fine, and then days were all I do is get sick. I know others who had this surgery who also get sick when they eat the wrong or too much food. Need help....with solutions... Thanks

I haven't had this problem, however, I do know folks who do... A group of friends and I go to the same nutritionist and she is adament that you measure your food in little shot glasses (1 oz****il you get the idea of a 3 oz serving... that really did help alot. I find for myself if I keep it to 5-6 bites and chew, chew, chew that I'm good to go. Once in a while I had troubles with food feeling like it was "stuck" and would nearly , but never did. Now I just really listen to what "sounds" good as far as food goes, and if it doesn't sound good, then I don't eat it. It's weird, huh, that one day one thing works and the next it doesn't... I guess it's all in our learning curve... So my suggestions would be: 1. Measure your food for awhile if you don't do that already, and listen to your "I'm full alarm" before taking the next bite. 2. Chew, chew, chew, chew, chew, chew 3. Only eat what sounds good to you. Sorry, I couldn't be of more help... and best wishes for finding your personal solution.
