Choc Peanut Butter Fudge
I use Unjury protein powder and each time they send me an order, they include some recipes. One that I tried and LOVED (as did my picky kids!) is for chocolate peanut butter fudge.
They say this is formulated only for Unjury.
Here it is:
1/4 C margarine
1/2 C creamy peanut butter
2 scoops Chocolate Unjury
10 individual packets of Splenda
makes 9 small servings:
11.5gm protein per serving; 6.8 gm carbohydrates per serving
measure 2 level scoops Choc Unjury in a bowl. Add 10 packets Splenda. Blend with a fork.
In small sauce pan, melt margarine and peanut butter-warm *just* enough to melt the margarine and soften the peanut butter using very low heat--do not boil or cook. Remove from heat, blend the margarine & peanut butter thoroughly.
Let the saucepan cool for 2 minutes.
Slowly add choc Unjury & Splenda mixture stirring until thoroughly blended. Thorough mixing is important.
Place in small container & chill in the fridge. Enjoy!!
They don't give the fat grams but boy is it good! I'm not sure I want to know!
Give it a try!
