I am definetly confused, I bought a size 16 pants and shirt. Fit a month ago, and I was very happy. I continued to buy 16 because I havent seen a weight loss so I figured, okay, still a 16. Well, I was surprised that when i went to put on a fourteen the other day, it was too big. But still no weight loss. I am confused on how this could happen. Also, why is everyone losing quicker than I am. I have lost 55 since surgery and no more, but others are down 80 or so and they started at the same weight I did. I am confused!

You are not alone! I have lost 55 lbs since surgery. For me, I know it is because i do not exercise. But I am still happy that the scale keeps moving, even if it is one pound at a time! Lynne

Stacy, You are losing inches. 55 lbs in 6 months is great. I have lost 76 lbs am weighing in at 210 lbs and still wear size 20-22 pants. I wish I could buy 16-18's. I see posts on here all the time of people who weigh more than me but are wearing smaller sizes, now that is depressing!! You are doing fantastic, please don't compare yourself to others as that will just bring you down. Believe me I know because I have been there!!! I too have not noticed huge losses the last couple of weeks but I know it is because I am not exercising the way I should. Just remember slow weight loss is the healthy way to lose.
