Lane Bryant

I am so mad! I went shopping today for a ton of stuff in Tyler, which is an hour and a half drive from where I live, and when I got home I discovered that the sales woman at Lane Bryant DID NOT take off one security tags. And it's one with the little ink sign on it. I am FURIOUS. I do not want to use my day tomarrow, not to mention my gas, to drive back to get this thing taken off. Is there anything I can do? Jenny

Call a local store and explain what happened. Ask them if you can bring in the item AND the receipt showing you bought it and if they can take the tag off. If not, call the store you bought it from and tell them the situation...tell them you want some sort of compensation for their clerks mistake. Heidi

I've had that happen to me also. Call around to your local stores, hopefully one of them will have the same system to remove that type of tag. They are different but someone local should have the same type. I would also call the Lane Bryant store and complain to them. Maybe you'll get a hefty discount coupon for the next trip. Good luck.
