My Friday weigh in
I am going to start being a little more responsible for my weight loss, well maybe not my weight loss but posting my loss in an attempt to be more active and actually SHOW a weight loss.
With that being said-feel free to join in...I am going to stop weighing every day and just get on the scale once a week-on Fridays. I never beat myself up about anything the scale showed, it never bothered me to have any sort of slump.
So, here it goes...184.5 was my weight this morning and a body fat (as per the scale) of 43. Here's to seeing a loss next week!

RIGHT ON, HEIDI!!!! I weigh in twice a week, usually - although sometimes I forget Next goal for me is to get into the two teens. I can say, however, that I haven't weighed this "little" since I married my DH 20 years ago - WOW!
