I HAD MY SURGERY 1/4/05, I WAS @279 NOW 217 I NEED HELP THOUGH....I DONT SEEM TO BE MOVING, I HAVE ONLY LOST 2 LBS IN A MONTH....HELP ME!!!!!! ANY ADVICE? SANDY

Sandy, I haven't lost a lb. in a month. But I am 2 sizes smaller in my pants and one size smaller in my tops. My doctor says that you can expect a large drop in inches; sometimes as much as one clothing size after a weight plateau. So rejoice. You are due for a big loss soon. Up your protein and water. It helped me.
