I am sitting here in my brand new size 20 jeans!!! I started in tight 28's, moved on to 26, tried out the 24's, got excited when I reached 22, and now I'm freaking out in my new size 20's! (Same brand and style through all size changes). I love life! Jenny

I just happend to go to Lane Bryant yesterday. And for fun I tried on some cloths. I too can now get into a 20 !!! They are little snug around the waist so I will still wear my 22's but I think another couple of weeks and 20'S will fit very comfortable. And am larger on top, so I am still in a 22/23 top, I hate for my tops to be snug and clingy. Kiva

I know the feeling. We have a clothing exchange in my support group. I refuse to buy anything new til I lose more weight. I like my pants tight in the legs and my tops loose. A friend gave me three pair of jeans that are 18/20 and they fit great! I am slowly growing out of my 3X into 2X but like I said, I have always liked my tops looser. However, a new member had surgery 3 months ago and was in a 5X, so I am passing my clothes onto her (she has already lost 90 lbs, so won't be long she can wear 3X). I love this feeling. Go Jenny, go Jenny! LOL! Why the same clothes just different size? I am surious.. do you keep buying the same kind cuz you like the style or did you buy a bunch of the same thing in different sizes pre-op? I am seriously curious, I have had friends do that so people do not notice their "new clothes" all of the time. Anyways... YOU GO GIRL!!! Hey girl! I do that with my jeans for two reasons, first, I LOVE the look and fit of the supreme jeans from Lane Bryant (and they come in a variety of color washes) and second it's kind of my way of keeping a good "official" measure on when I actually go down a size. Since all jeans aren't created equally sizes aren't universal and I don't want to fit into one pair of size 18's and then run screaming around that I am now an 18, lol. (which I would, lol) I don't know if it makes sense but it's kinda my thing at least for the time being.... You ladies have a great day! Jenny

Don't you just love it!! Like Lady Autumn said, try different styles. I started out in tight 28's also and am now wearing 20's and depending on the style...18's! (I prefer the 18's-smaller yet). Keep up the good work. We'll all be in 10's before you know it! Pat
