Stuck on a d@#n plateau!

(giggle) It WAS a funny fart story! Thanks for the support. I only weigh on Fridays at the club, but three weeks have gone by without a budge! Speed bump? More like a mountain!

hey i had surgery the same day as you and ive been on a plateau for at least a month now i got a membership to the 'y' been eating more protien been drinking so much water i pee every 15 minutes but the scale still doesnt move and if it does it always goes back so i know how ya feel i dont know what im doing wrong maybe i need to take up jogging huh well good luck to you and you know i need it too!!!!!!! hopefully it will end soon
