Stuck on a d@#n plateau!
I know. Up the protein and exercise. Increase the water. Yadda Yadda.
I am, I am!!!! Don't need no advice. I need some sympathy. I need some poor babies comin' my way to sustain me until the scale drops again.
Gloom, despair, and agony on me.(moan)
Deep, dark depression, excessive misery,(moan)
If it weren't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all (moan)
Gloom, despair, and agony on me. (sob)
Dejectedly hangin' on,

How about a laugh... at karate the other night I was really into my front kicks and I was really trying hard to kick above my own sholders when RIIIIIPPPPPP..... yeah... farted so loud the kids around me (I was working in my son's class since hubby is not in town to take him) start laughing so loud they stop kicking and that of course gets the attention of the instructor. He asks, "Why have yo stopped" and the kid next to me hold his nose, points to me, and says "DJ's mom blew and elephant fart!"
Come on... that was funny... you have to laugh Lou Ann!
Don't worry girl, it will pass. If it doesn't I guess I wil have to come to TX and we can go running.... that will make anyone get off a platau!! Hehehe...
Brightest Blessings for a Wonderful Day~

Oh My god...the fart story made me laugh! Lou Ann I just came off a 3 week plateau, and the 2nd one since surgery. I think it's normal to feel sorry for ourselves. My best suggestion is to kepp doing what you are doing, and have your hubby hide the darn scale from you. Repeat after me "the scale is not my friend"
We become so obsessed, and that is not healthy. You are doing so good, and always inspire me with your posts. Think of this plateau as one of the little speed bumps along the journey to the new you. You'll be fine.
