HI EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!
I BEEN CLOSE BUT BEEN SPENDING ALOT OF TIME ON THE PA BOARD BUT I THOUGHT I WOULD POP BACK AND GIVE EVERYBODY AN UPDATE...I AM DOING GOOD AND DOWN AN OFFICIAL -111 LBS, IT HAS BEEN A GREAT RIDE, I FIND I GET ALOT OF STRENGTH TALKING TO PRE-OPS AND SUPPORTING THEM SO I BEEN PUTTING ALOT OF TIME INTO THAT AND IT HAS WORKED WELL FOR ME, KEEPS ME HONEST AND ON TRACK...I NEVER WANT TO FORGET WHERE I CAME FROM SO I MAKE SURE I NEVER WILL . I WILL MAKE IT A POINT TO STOP HERE MORE....IT'S LIKE A FIRST LOVE YOU NEVER FORGET YOUR FIRST BOARD.......SMILE

I had a very bad experience on the MEN'S board today, and I am sooo glad to talk to a REAL man. Seems they don't want any female input on their board. Makes them uncomfortable when we talk about PMS and Aunt Flo. HA! I understand their need, but don't they know women will still lurk??!!! There is no privacy on the net. I only went there to get suggestions from men about how to make the WLS experience easier for my hunny bunny. You know, a guy's input? What a bunch of jerks! I let 'em have it with both barrels!
-111 lbs. WOW!!!! Now that IS a WOW!!!!moment.
Yes, you missed a few. Especially my seeing my toes for the first time in the shower since 1982. That was a real WOW moment! They are pretty toes with a nice pedicure. I didn't even consider them an asset until now. You can bet your butt that I will be showing them off more in the future! LOL!! We sure missed you! 
BTW, what part of you are you proudly exhibiting now? (careful, PG board here) LOL!

Hey you... no so big guy... what are you doing running away from our board! LOL! We miss you Tom and I am glad to see that you are doing so well. Thanks for looking out for others, it is so important that we all look out for each other, KWIM?! Congratz on such a huge loss, what are you doing for exercise these days?!
