Help
The only way I know is... water, protein and exercise. I find that if I vary my calories - one day low, one day as high as I can get, etc., pump my water to over 80 oz/day and protein to 80gm/day that will usually get the scale moving, as well as exercising like a mad woman BTW, you've done magnificiantly -- check you out -- you are within 27 pounds of the GOAL you've posted... I can't wait to be where you are!!!!
