6/28 A Special Day for Me
Today I celebrate my 48th birthday and I am so happy to see this day because according to Dr's I should have died 5 yrs. ago from co-morbities from super morbid obesity. I can actually see and feel the positive mental and physical changes slowly taking place in my body. I feel so much healthier and I am able to do things I have not done in a long time. To date I am 5 months post op and I have lost 105 lbs.I give all the glory to God!

I had my lap rny on January 10, 2005 and have also seen such huge changes in my health and my everyday lifestyle.
Congratulations on your 105 pound loss! I can't wait until I reach the Century mark.
