up date

I'm still fighting the depression but am on meds now and they should be helping soon. I also made and appointment with a counsler that works with WLS persons. Not sure that I want to go digging up a lot of the past but maybe she can help me deal with the here and now. I go tomorrow to have a large and a small (2) cycte removed from my head dr said it was the largest one that he had ever seen and wouldn't do it in his office so have to go in for out patient surgery they are going to sedate me and then do it. Said I would be pretty out of it most of the day tomorrow so it maybe a few days before I can up date you all. Take care and stay on the down hill side. Peggy 386/304/200hopefully

Hopefully they can help you resolve the things that are bothering you here-and-now and then once you are on even keel you can attack the deeper seeded issues... it is what we all have to do if we want to maintain our losses long term!
