I made the ONEDERFULS!!!!!

Hello everyone, I am so excited!! Today I am 5 months out and I weigh 197.5!! I am in the onederfuls!!! I am officially down 73.5 pounds. I haven't measured yet today but I will later. I am saying goodbye to the 200's!!! What a great day!! Take care and enjoy your day!! Becky P.

Jamie, Thanks!! It does feel great! I am only 37.5 pounds from my doctors goal. My friend here also hit the Onederfuls last week so her and I are trying to think of something to do for ourselves. This has really been alot of hard work. I have been working out ever since my doctor said that I could. Thanks again, Becky P.

Heck when my friend Irene and I hit a goal we make ourselves some low sugar smoothies with some protein powder, put it into a travel container and then go be like mall rats! We shop! We might not buy anything but we go into every store, check the clearence racks and just try on clothes! It is so much fun being like a teen again! Of course we also go dancing at the local clubs! Congrats Becky!!! What a great feeling it is to get on the scale and have it drop under 200! Mine did that last week...down 83 pounds and loving it!!! I can't believe how great it feels!!!
