Can you tell me a few of your daily menus? I need to know what you do daily so that I can lose it like that. I had my rouen y on January 29, I wore 279 and now 207. I am stuck here. I need help.

Hi gang 5 1/2 months last weigh in last Tuesday 368/271/155??? -97 since surgery -119 since highest last July we're ALL doing awesome!! Sheila

5 months post op on 6/28 which is also my birthday. I am down 105 lbs. I didn't get my measurments either. Starting Weight 545 Current Weight 440 Goal Weight 180 260 lbs. to go!

Well I am out 5 Months 2 Weeks and I have lost 84 pounds so far. My 6 month appt is on July 13th so I would love to have my BMI down to 28 so I am shooting for 166 by then, of course I am just happy to loose 1 more pound and be officially "overweight".
