215lbs and still moving....
Okay guys I had stalled for a little while, but it seems to be moving again. I'm at 215lbs now. I guess since I've upped my exercise things are moving again. I've been walking 4 miles a day and weight training also. I start a kick boxing class next month. I am just glad to have the energy to do these things.
Oh trust me.. the kick boxing will help so much! May I suggest you design your own stretching routine that you can do in the morning and at night. It will definitly help your balance and ability to perform the kickboxing moves. I do TaeKwonDo 3 times a week and I stretch everyday... I can certainly tell the difference on the days I have not stretched! HTH! Good luck girl and keep up the good work!
