Back from Vacation and....

I went on the board for Jan. 2005 surgeries, How have you lost soo... much? I had my surgery on Jan. 31,2005. My weight loss is 77lbs. Do you have any secrets that you can share with my? I go to Curves, but only about twice a week. Thanks, Debbie Horn Tuscaloosa
