Hi:
I had LAP RNY on 1/19/05 and have lost a total of 134lbs...30 before and 1004 since surgery. For the last 3 weeks I have lost almost nothing..less than 1 lb per week. I was consistantly losing 3-4 lbs per week . Has anyone else experienced this type of slowdown?

yes im going through the same thing im losing very slow 5 months out and only 42lbs im very depressed over it but the doctor says ever plateu will end
You are not alone. I am 5-1/2 months out and only down 51 lbs. I need to exercise more and eat less! Same ol story, right? But we will continue to lose! Just hang in there.

I am having the same problem. I have lost a total of 68 lbs in 5 months, but over the last month I only lost around 4-5 lbs. I know it is just my body leveling itself out but I hope it breaks soon.
