I feel so bad right now!!!
The girls at work went to the mall for lunch today. They were all getting Taco Bell. So I thought about it and said sure bring me back a crunchy taco with out the lettuce. Well, I thought I would eat the meat ( I am good with ground beef) and cheese. They brought me back 2 tacos and I ate both of them and not just the meat and cheese the entire taco. I felt so bad after. Not sick but guilty. Then it scared me how can I eat 2 tacos at once. Has anyone gone through anything like this??

Susan, Don't get depressed over it, you can't change what has already happened. I say as long as you aren't sick you probably did not do any damage. Somedays I feel like I can eat tons and the next day I can hardly get anything down.
As Kate said just don't make a habit of eating this way.

Girl, I eat about that these days... it is not like Taco Bell has really big tacos anyways. When I get mexican I go to this local joint and get a hard chicken taco supreme and a chicken cheese quesidilla and I eat a little over half of each and I leave satified for hours. It all really depends on your individual pouch and how much it is stretched. Mine holds about a cup of cottage cheese so I know mine is stretched but my surgeon is not concerned he said that is normal for his patients. (He is a general surgeon and we move through the phases quicker than patients who are in bariatric programs.)
Don't beat yourself up over it. There is nothing you can do to change what you've already eaten. So just try and do better next time or make a healthier choice... like a turkey taco instead of a fast food one. LOL!
BIG HUGS to you sweetie... you are doing great. We all make our mistakes, we are only human!
Brightest Blessings for a Wonderful Day~
