Don't even worry. This is what is happening to me. I've lost about the same. I was told to increase my protein and I did. So I will keep you informed on how this works. Lorna

Well I usually start with a protein drink or piece of cheese and some lowfat cottage cheese. Thats in the morn, and then I usually dont get lunch cuz I am so busy i forget. I drink my water though, then for dinner i usually have a well balance protein, vegie dinner, I use a small bowl and it equals up to about half a cup. I then usually have a piece of cheese, or a protein drink for or a piece of fruit. I had stir fry chicken with frozen vegatables and a teryaki sauce, about four bits of chicken, my little bowl only hold about half a cup. should I quit eating so much, im confused, still losing inches but I want to get below 200 and i am 203. thanks for your support and help, huggsss. Never was taught how to eat right, just taught to eat, wish I knew.........

dont knock yourself! just think 55 lbs is alot of weight and ask yourself if you had not gotten the surgery would you still be down 55 lbs? We are going to hit stalls. Your body just has to catch up from time to time. Good luck! Deb S. 334/267/175

YOU CAN DO IT HUN! Up that protein, keep up your water, get in your vitamins and make sure you diet is balanced. Personally I feel that if all you eat all day is protein that you will not be able to maintain this for a lifetime. We have to eat a balanced and satifying diet if we want to maintain this for life. KWIM? If you are short on time, find a day once a week to cook meals and freeze them for the week so that when time is in a crunch you can still eat a healthy meal and not skip it. That has helped me so much! Brightest Blessings for a Wonderful Day~ Jamie M. aka Lady Autumn Weight- 257/176/146 BMI- 44.1/30.2/25 Height- 5'4" Total Weight Loss: -81 lbs.
