What new things can you do this month?

It's so exciting to be able to do new things almost daily! I thought it would be fun to share not just how much weight we've lost, but what we've GAINED the ability to do, the little things others take for granted that are precious new gifts to us! I can cross my legs for the first time in about 10 years! I can sit down in my computer chair without my hips squeezing between the arms of the chair! I can reach higher than my bra in back! I can get in and out of the back seat of a two-door Ford Explorer Sport! I can hold kids at work and my puppydog on my lap easily! I can shower every part of my body without any special equipment! I can stand still while talking with someone instead of swaying side to side to ease the back pain! And I can interact with other people without constantly worrying about what they think of me!! What new things can YOU do this month???

I can shed! LOL! ok...enough about the hair loss......I can breathe! Nose is still swollen, but breathing is definitely easier and I can SMELL again. I did not realize this until after I noticed my 3 year old had a stinky pants full. Whew!! I could REALLY smell that! LOL! Taste has returned, also. Too bad.....it helped me to get down those protein drinks when I couldn't taste them. But I found two FINALLY that I like. Fuzzy navel peach and Roadside Lemonade. YUM! I can exercise again! And one more............I can do a backbend down to the floor again! Not since 1985 when I was belly dancing have I done a backbend!!!!! Now if I could just get up without help...LOL!!

Still can't cross the legs, yet... but all of the other things you mentioned, I have also accomplished this month I can sit and scrapbook for hours on end and not have swollen ankles and toes that look like snausages. I moved the seat in the car forward. I wore my "small" swimsuit. The dog jumped into my lap and layed down. I can clean my kitchen, easily squatting down to clean the cupboards. I walk faster than my husband and he asks me to slow down. (((((skinny hugs))))) wendyb

I can walk up stares and not feel like I am going to die and I don't have to go up one foot at a time. I love crossing my legs now that is so great. we have a big yard and it takes 3 hours tomow with a push mower and I can do the whole yard by my self. I would have to divide it in to 4th just to mow.

Let's see... I can have "relations" more than once a week... heck it is up to a few times a day! YEAH! I can do more than cross my legs, I can sit in a yoga position on the floor without loosing circulation to anywhere! I can chase my son through entire science centers and still have energy to spare! (Look out Disney!) I can do any kind of cardio machine for 30 minutes PLUS without ever having to use an inhaler! I can fit into OLD NAVY clothes (and in one of their 12's...WOW) I cant sit on the toliet for as long as I want without my legs going completely numb! I can do cartwheels and roundoffs in the grass with my son's little girlfriend! My seat in my truck is now all the way forward... hubby has too move it back just to get in! Hehehe....
