Painting - Great Aerobic Exercise
A day or two ago I read a post wanting everyone to post what they are thankful for since the WLS.
I am thankful for many things from being able to breathe now when I lay down to fitting into booths, using the regular toilet stales, and just feeling GREAT! the list is endless.
Last night I tackled a new project - Painting the walls in my bedroom. Oh my!
I found out that I don't like doing it. I am a very messy painter. Hopefully I can get things cleaned up before hubby comes home this weekend. When I woke up this morning, every muscle in my body was sore. I guess I used muscles last night that have been dormant for years.
I got 1/2 the room done last night and the plan is the other 1/2 tonight. I am really proud of myself. I was able to get down in the floor to trim and worked about 4 hours and no back pain. It is better than exercise than anything I have done yet.
After the bedroom, suppose to tackle the hallway, livingroom, and dining room. Oh what a job. I commend those that like to paint.
