back pain
Hi Rhonda:
I have had some back pain. My doc said the following. We are carrying ourselves differently and our body is shifting. Also, our bones are used to having a lot more to support. They are "adjusting". I know this doesn't sound very scientific but it made sense to me. I hope you are feeling better.
I went and saw a "quaker".... chiropractor (hubby's friends call them quakers since some feel they are quaks and some feel they are good crackers... so quakers it what I am used to saying....) and got myself adjusted about 4 times and all my pain is gone and I stand up straighter now!
Brightest Blessings for a Wonderful Day~
