I have another question: Have any of you experienced bad back pain since losing weight? I am starting to think it is how I carry myself (and my breasts) now that my body is so different. Strength training is helping but still have pain now and then especially at night. Rhonda

Hi Rhonda: I have had some back pain. My doc said the following. We are carrying ourselves differently and our body is shifting. Also, our bones are used to having a lot more to support. They are "adjusting". I know this doesn't sound very scientific but it made sense to me. I hope you are feeling better.

I've been having back pain in the midsection on the right side. It at times is unbearable. If I don't get adequate sleep it seems to be worse.

I went and saw a "quaker".... chiropractor (hubby's friends call them quakers since some feel they are quaks and some feel they are good crackers... so quakers it what I am used to saying....) and got myself adjusted about 4 times and all my pain is gone and I stand up straighter now!
