WLS Moments
I just finished up an open house for my middle daughter today. Saw a lot of people I haven't seen in a bout a year or more. I got a lot of comments about how good I looked and my aunt wanted details of my journey. They all knew I had surgery in January but hadn't seen me since. The best moment was when my best friend (of almost 40 years) walked up with his wife. He's been in Colorado for 5 years and recently moved back to Gaylord and hasn't seen me since they moved away. He looked around for a familar face and when he saw me, his jaw just dropped! It was a great look. All he could say was how good I looked. I haven't been this weight in about 25 years. I even wore shorts which I never wear in public. This has been a pretty good day!
