Anyone else hurt in the morning when they wake up...
LOL! My surgeon warned me about this on my day of surgery... he asked hubby if we had a nest egg and were we ready to use it. Confused we asked him why and he said something along the lines of... besides clothes, food supplements, and vitamins, we'd eventually have to replace the mattress! I thought he was referring to sex but I was wrong, he was referring to the dent our larger bodies left in our bed and how as we loose weight that dent will begins to press us into unnatural positions while we sleep! Right now I cannot afford a new mattress but I did have an old futon mattress so I put that on top of the bed and that has helped. Once we moved we are buying a new mattress. Probably a comfort select or something fancy like that! LOL!
Brightest Blessings for a Wonderful Day~

I used to hurt every morning before WLS. Neck pain, back pain, leg cramps, etc. Since two months after surgery, I have had no pain and sleep like a baby (excepting my nasal surgery which really set me back)
My hunny bunny is having his surgery in August and I imagine we will have to buy a new mattress then, which suits me fine. He chose last time and got us this SUPER soft saggy thing(he likes water beds but I don't!). This time, I will choose the mattress and it will be firmer. I want a sleep # but we can't afford it.
