Getting a little frightened

I am concerned about putting weight on....so much so that I didnt want to eat last night when I was hungry. Starting to get carried away but I understand that this is not a successful way to weight loss. I know I must eat. Anyone else having the same issues. Please let me know thanks, huggssss

I am hungry all the time. but I eat frozen fruit.

I am starting to "crave sweets" more often but it is not the sugery kind that I crave... THANKFULLY! I crave fruit and veggies since we really do not get enough of them in these days. So I make sure to keep fruit in the house at all times. Seedless watermelon is my favorite since I can eat "a lot" of that at one time! LOL! I also like to freeze grapes, strawberries and kiwis and eat them when I have the munchies. Frozen fruit is also great for "ice" in lemonaid! It's a good way to beat the heat! When I am craving carbs, I eat soy or veggies products like CheddAirs, Veggies Crisps, and Soy Chips! I also eat a variety of nuts! HTH! Yessss! I can eat 6-7 oz at my main meals mostly. Thats a bunch but my pouch unfortuantly was made 3oz. Not by my choice. I am really scared... Marti

I passed on the ice cream last night, just for this very reason, Stacy... But I also think that some of the mentality we are experiencing is a "thin" person's mentality... and sometimes I like to feel the "hunger" - helps remind me of what I'm doing ((((((skinny hugs)))))) wendyb
