Getting a little frightened
I am starting to "crave sweets" more often but it is not the sugery kind that I crave... THANKFULLY! I crave fruit and veggies since we really do not get enough of them in these days. So I make sure to keep fruit in the house at all times. Seedless watermelon is my favorite since I can eat "a lot" of that at one time! LOL! I also like to freeze grapes, strawberries and kiwis and eat them when I have the munchies. Frozen fruit is also great for "ice" in lemonaid! It's a good way to beat the heat!
When I am craving carbs, I eat soy or veggies products like CheddAirs, Veggies Crisps, and Soy Chips! I also eat a variety of nuts! HTH!
