A find and a WOW moment

This is a mix between a find and a wow moment. First of all I have been cleaning house, top to bottom, inside and out. My husband comes home in 24 days. I'm so ready for him to be home. Well, I was cleaning out my closet today and came across my old jewelry box to find my anklet in it. I have not worn this anklet in 7 years because it got to tight so I took it off for safe keeping (it was so safe I forgot I had it). I was so excited when I put it on and it fit. It was like I got new jewelry today. I also found some of my good earrings but the anklet was the highlight of my day. Stephanie

Glad to hear about your anklet "find". What is so funny about that is my wrists had gotten so large before surgery that none of my bracelets fit anymore, so I wore my anklet on my wrist! It looked great! Couldn't get away with that now, though (Yea!!!), because the bracelets now fit. I bet you are excited to only have a few weeks before seeing your husband. How long has he been away? Is he in the military and stationed overseas? SueZ

That was smart thinking to wear your anklet on your wrist I did not even think of that. I'm glad to hear your barcelets fit again. Its like getting new jewelry. Pretty soon i'll start to think about getting my rings resized. I'm very excited about my huband coming home, he's been gone for 5 1/2 months now, will be a little over 6 by the time he returns. My husband had to deploy 9 days after my WLS. My goal was to lose 100 lbs by the time he returned and I keep going up and down with 3 lbs. left to lose, very frustrating when I was only 1 lb. away from goal last week. My hubby is in the Navy and stationed in Jacksonville, I seem to like it here and my family lives 4 hours away and have been a great support for me. Have a great day Stephanie
