Have not updated in a while..... I was 249 on surgery date january 18th now 176 as of today whoo hoo!!!!

You're doing great! Congratulations! Have you hit any plateau's! Those seem to be my stumbling block. But I'm working through them, and looking at the good, and not focusing on the negative. I hope we both have a fun and more active summer. Dianne

Yes i have hit a plateau for almost a month than all the sudden i lost like crazy again. my problem is that I cannot eat more than a couple of small bites of food a day. I get sick real easy when I eat. not vomiting but I get very nauseaus, w/pain.
