NEVER POSTED BEFORE !!!!!!!!!

I read every post almost every night but this is the first time that I`ll be posting . I get so much info and help from reading all the posts and profiles. I will be working on my profile and trying to get pics posted on this board . I feel like i have been on a journey with all the other january`s. I have lost 75 since wls and down 129 from 3 years ago. I want to thank everyone for all the help I`v gotten from this board. Just one more thing what does LOL mean ??? Steve
