Hi Beth, You are looking great by the way. Before surgery I was up to at least 320 lbs. but I avoided the scale at all cost Any way the day of surgery I was 300 lbs. and as of today I am at 232 lbs. so that is a total of 68 lbs. gone FOREVER!! Love and Peace Anne B

my start weight was 200 on jan 18 05 i am 4.5 months out and i am down to 145 that is total loss of 55 pounds and a total of 59 inches gone too i have between 25 and 35 pound to go for my goal weight of 110-120 yehaaaaaaaaaaaaa i am on no meds anymore thank goddddd debby 200/145/110? I hope
