Hey all, I've been absent for awhile due to lots of work travel. I was in Portland, Maine for five days and it rained everyday and the temperature barely broke 50 degrees! I am so happy to finally be home and that it is a beautiful sunny day in West-by-God-Virginia! I had some problems on my trip with the weather, the hotel, my eating, and the return flight home, but even with all of that I realized some things that I am truly grateful for: 1. I fit in the airplane seat and didn't have to worry that the seatbelt would need an extension. And was able to use the tray with lots of room to spare between it and my stomach! 2. For the first time in years I was able to wrap a bath towel completely around my body. 3. I was able to walk all over downtown Portland and hustle through the airport without getting out of breath. 4. I participated in a workshop and didn't worry that I would be the fattest person there. and finally.... 5. I MADE IT TO ONEDERLAND!!! The scale was at 199.5 today. Haven't seen this side of 200 in over 12 years!! So let's hear from everyone else. What are you grateful for today? Mary Ellen 280/255/199.5/160
