Well I went to my three month checkup a few weeks late, and the doc said I have to have surgery again because my abdominal wall sometime after surgery ruptured and my stomach isn't healing properly on the inside. I guess that is why my stomach is larger on top. Man I really hate surgery, so this just depressed my day. Well thanks for listening, had to vent. Talk to you all later. Kimberly

I would be depressed if my doc told me that too. But at least he caught it before you have any major problems. Will they be able to do the surgery lap? Please keep us informed on how you are doing. (((((((((((((Kimberly))))))))))))) Kim 286/226/150ish?

Kimberly, I am so sorry that this happened to you!!! As the others have said at least they caught it now and not later. Do you know when you are having your surgery?? Which hospital are they going to do it at? I wish that there was something we could do for you! Take care and keep us informed!!! Becky P.

The surgery will be sometime the first part of June. Because I had my gastric bypass open they will have to open back up the whole incision. I have to go through the whole healing process again. I will let you all know more when they schedule the date. Tlk to you later. Kimberly

Oh Man girl! THAT SUX... the bright side is that they caught this now and not 6 months from now and having to go under with a revision and severe depression (from going that long and being unsuccessful). I have seen it happen to patients with docs who think their surgery was fool proof and there is no way that there is something wrong... just blame the patient. So I am happy that you are getting this fixed now sweetie! Good luck! I will be praying for you!
