Lets be Honest!!

my 4 month is today the 18 th i started at 4'10 tall with 200 lbs i am now down to 150 which is 50 lbs my dr said not to worry about the loss because i was not really big to start he stated that the bigger you are the quicker and more you lose at the first part of it . i should weigh aany where between 88 and 118 according to the charts i am getting there and i will get down to my goal weight before i know it i want to be around 110 but even if i got to 120 i would be happy lol best of luck to you debby 200/150/110 ?hope and pray

On the the 27th of May marks my 4th month, As of today I down 52 lbs and I started at 331 lbs, and I have 23 inches. Congrats All, Stephanie

Ok, HONEST....................here goes. Started at 289. Lost 28lbs preop, for my required 10%. So on surgery day I was 261. Today I am 203. Grand total is 86, since surgery is 58. I am very happy with these numbers. I am now wearing between a size 16 and 14. Love my clothes and love my new life!! Sharon @ 5'7"

My 4 month was the 17th. Started the day of surgery at 218 and was 172 on the 17th for a total post surgery loss of 46 lbs Mary

Thursday(tomorrow) is my 4 month. I started at 310, lost 5 lbs. before surgery, and am now 240. Total lost:70 lbs.

I was at 257 before surgery..... you are doing good hun! Glad to hear about your wonderful weight loss. I will have my 4 month anniversary on the 25th....I started at 361 and I am now at 276 ( I was less but I'm reatining a TON of water). So, that's an 85 lbs loss. Guess I can't complain too much!! Keep up the great work everyone!! Sarah

On the 25th, I will be 4 months out. So just 1 week shy of 4 months, I have lost 51 lbs. I started at 274 and I weigh 223 lbs. I thought I was a bit slow, but looking at the other posts, it seems that I can now call my weight loss average. That makes me happy!

Drumroll please!! My 4th month was May 5th!! I started out at 295 and now weigh 227!! That's 67 pounds. Went from a size 24/26 to a size 16W. Angel Reborn

My 4 month anniversary isn't for another 9 days. The last time I weighed myself was last Thursday and at that time I've lost a total of 72 pounds whi*****ludes my pre-op weight loss. I've also lost 61 inches I've gone from a size 30/32 or 5x to a 2x or 22/24. Deanna
