first 100 lbs. gone!

greetings everyone i was working out of town this week, with no way to weigh myself. i got home, stepped on the scales and i had broken the 100 lbs. gone barrier while i was away! actually, it's 102 lbs. gone! still have a VERY long way to go, but this is a great beginning. deb

BRAVA DIVA!! I know...it's so wonderful to be 100+ pounds lighter! Last night, I carried what had to be at least that in laundry, and the reason I could tell is because it was Exactly the way I used to feel whenever I had to climb the stairs.((i'm pretty strong ;) )) My next goal is to be able to weigh myself on a normal doctor's office scale (about 10 pounds to go ;) ) Time to break out with a bottle of really good water to celebrate...CONGRATS!! :D

thanks! it's funny -- you mentioned carrying 100 lbs in laundry -- i think about that all the time...the other day i was carrying 50 lbs. of cat litter into my house and i was thinking "i used to be carrying twice this weight all the time!" (i'm celebrating with melon flavored Propel!) deb
