going to the gym
hello all
well friday i sooooooooo did NOT want to go to the gym!!! i was *****in and complaining to myself the whole damn time i was there...lol, anyhow after i went i was so glad i did. and proud of myself that i went i know if i miss one day it wont kill me but i dont want one day to turn into many so i get scared when i dont want to go cz i dont want to start that "oh ill go tommorow routine" i want to grain it into my head i will workout for the rest of my life. work out as much as i have to untill goal, then do what i have to do to maintain, so god willing i will stick to it!!1 hope you all had a great weekend!!!!!

YOU GO GIRL! I too dragged my butt back to the gym last week. I went on Thursday and suprised myself at being able to tdo the elliptical for 30 minutes and staying at my target heart rate with ease! It was very liberating! Now I am working with a trainer so I am excited to start looking all chiseled! I mean up until now I was just doing the pool and stuff at home!

Well I started off with 15 minutes. I figured that I go on 20-30 minute walks with hubby every night, I can at least do 15 minutes on the elliptical. So I tried it and I was not even a bit tired when I was done. I felt like I could keep going so I did, I went 15 minutes passed my original 15! I was in total shock, let me tell you. So now I start with 30 minutes and then I try and get in another 15 after I do my weight sets!
Today I went on a nice brisk 35 minute walk around the post and boy did that feel good. (My car is in the shop so no pool for me this morning. It is 8 miles tot he pool from here and that would take me over an hour to get there by foot so I am not even attempting that this morning! Anyways, it would have been nice to have someone to walk with this morning or something to listen to (I forgot my walkman when I dropped my son off at school). Buthey, I felt great when I was done!
Good luck sweetie, it will get easier especially if you tell yourself it is getting easier!
