Hi All: I know that I don't post much however I do read the postings daily. Everyone is doing great! I am so proud of everyone. I love all the changes that I am going through. I have lost 56 pounds, gone from a 22W to a 16, lost one chin & almost the other, went to the movies & fit in the seat, got engaged (was going to happen anyway with or without surgery), went jogging, workout at the gym, went from a size 9 shoe to an 8 1/2, went from a ring size 8 to a 7, and enjoy life a bit more. I was thin before & never relized how much I missed living while being heavy until now. Funny how I was "protected" from my dismay until I lost some weight. I have had my share of hair loss (LARGE AMOUNTS), saggy skin, lack of protein, & people thinking this was the easy way out. I can't wait to see what the next few months hold for us.....

you have done great jennifer.....i laugh when people say this is the easy way out...i never worked so hard at anything than i do at this. Most of us have no more diets left in them, a chance to lose more weight then gain it back...we are beyond that, we have been there and done it many times..their is nothing easy about making a major decision to have this surgery and then to make the sacrifices to succed at this new life style. this is end of the line for us....the surgery is all that is left and we did this for us...this is a for me decision and no one else. i wish you the best
