I read your post about the walking....anything you can do to make burning calories fun is worth it's weight in gold....good luck on the walking DVD....sounds interesting....walking can get pretty boring....good luck

I agree 100%. Especially when it gets really hot & humid outside, the last thing I'll want to do is walk, so hopefully this will keep me in line and out of trouble You should consider buying one of these if you think you would do something like that! Deanna
