Hi everyone Okay, I've been doing some walking and using the Elliptical and decided I needed to boost up my exercise and have heard a lot of people talk about Leslie Samone's "Walk Away The Pounds" so I did some research and after reading so many positive reviews from people I decided to buy one of her DVD's, which I did. Actually I bid on one on ebay and won it and it's being mailed to me today. Have any of you used these? I'm pretty excited about it. Deanna

Hi Deanna: I used to do the 1 mile walk when I weighed 315 oh so few months ago and I loved it. I felt great after doing it. I should try it again, I could probably get to the 2 mile walk by now. I hope you like it. Let me know!

Hi Lisa Hey, I noticed you're in Ohio. We're practically neighbors...well sort of Since the DVD is being mailed USPS, I probably won't get it until Monday, but I'll let you know how it goes. If I like it, there's another DVD I want to get. Deanna

Deanna, I haven't tried these but have looked at them many times at Walmart. Let me know how you like it. I am currently walking 2 miles outside when I get a chance (which the last two weeks isn't very often). This would be great for days when I can't walk outside. Kim 286/226/150ish?

Hey Kim I've read a lot of reviews on these and they really sound great. My understanding is that she keeps it interesting and fun and you really get a great work-out, more-so than just taking a regular walk which is what got my attention. She also has other people with her who are at different ages and at different paces so I'll definitely be looking for the slower paced person I'll let you know how I like it. She has several different kinds of DVD's/VHS's, so if all goes well I'll be looking to get more. Deanna

Hi Kim I just wanted to let you know I've been using the DVD for a few days and like it. It's 1 mile and takes 15 minutes to do. I'm pooped afterwards but I know it will get easier the more I do it. I feel good too This has been really handy for all these rainy days! I hope you consider trying this out! Deanna
