The Scale FINALLY Moved!!!!!

Finally! I've been stalled at 233.0 since 4/3, but in the last two days I've lost 7 pounds!!!!! Now down to 226, for a total of 62 pounds gone forever!!! I am soooo excited I had to come back out of lurkdom to tell everyone! I've also lost 36 inches and am in some 18's down from 26/28's!!! You guys give the greatest support, even to us folks who don't always speak up...... I read a little everyday, but have to focus much of my day into getting back to selling on eBay...... Anyway...... I have upped my protein , water and walking over the last weeks and miracle of miracles, it worked!!!!! Hugs all you wonderful folks! Jacqui 288/226/150????

Congrats! I am dealing with the same thing. I will go days without weight loss, and then suddenly I will loose like 6-9 lbs. Kimberly

Way to go, Jacqui! You are doing great! BTW, it sounds like you do a lot of selling on eBay. How is that going? I have so many things I would love to sell on eBay (mainly medical transcription word books and musical type items), but am too scared to do it. My husband has bought many items for me, but we have not gotten into the selling yet. I know a lot of people that have and say it is not hard, but I just don't know enough yet to feel comfortable. Keep up the good work on your weight loss! SueZ
