Stomach is poofy
Have A question... I have noticed when I look in the mirror that my belly above my belly button is, where I guess my new pouch lies, is bigger that my stomach below my belly button. I have also noticed that when I eat, it gets really firm like when I was pregnant with my kids, and later goes down a little. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Thanks

mine is same way...i just had check up for 3 months and docter said it is fine...i have noticed as i lose weight it is getting smaller but i get puffy after i eat and their is a differnce between that area and my old tummy in area of belly button and i have just acceptted it for now..i cannot do sit ups for another 4 weeks per the docter, but been doing everything else
i can to flatten it out. i hope this helps you.
You are not alone! I have the same exact problem and have had it from the beginning. It is right where my waist on my pants is and was very uncomfortable in the beginning. That incision that was closest was the sorest area. I feel like my waist line will never feel small enough because of the firmness in that area and it really does feel strange. I have not addressed this issue with the doctor recently, but mentioned it when I was so sore right after surgery, and he said that it was normal and that is where the new stomach is.

I wear a corset or support garment everyday so I have never noticed anything like this. Of course when I have eaten a "nig meal" yeah funny huh... I get pressure right where my underwire on my bra is! LOL!
