GOALS?
Let's See....
1. Loose 25 lbs. (that is the most weight I lost doing any other program in the past)-- DONE
2. To be less than hubby (208) and be able to fit into his (Medium) BDU's --DONE
3. To be below 200 lbs. --DONE
4. To be below 175.
5. Make my goal weight by 8 months out (25 BMI).
6. Make insurence goal weight by 1 year out.
7. Be able to fit into 18's again. --DONE
8. Be able to shop from the regular side of the plus sized stores. --DONE
9. Be able to shop "name brand" kind of stores, you know the ones who don't even carry 16's! --DONE (as of yesterday!!!!)
10. Be able to wear single digit clothing.
11. Be able to swim laps again without having an asthema attack. --DONE
12. Be able to exercise everyday if I want to. --DONE
13. Be able to create an exercise program and keep to it. --DONE
14. Be able to run again.
15. Run/Walk a 5K with hubby.
16. Try a triatholon.
17. Play paintball with my hubby and son and do well! --DONE
18. Learn to eat out healthy. --DONE
19. Learn to cook at home healthy. (Low fat, low carb, low sugar) --DONE
20. Be able to go to Cedar Point and ride the rides without having to worry about the safety belts and bars not going down!
21. Fly without a belt extender. --DONE
22. Be able to ride a horse again!
23. Go camping and hiking without needing help from hubby for all the actitivites! --DONE
24. Ride a motorcycle again.
25. Go Skydiving again!
OK... so I have a lot of goals! LOL!
