Protein anyone?
I use the elite choc mint protein and mix with a cup of skim milk...I heat the milk up for 1.10 minutes and then pour it in a mixer and add a scoop of protein...makes a nice hot choc. Also today I bought a South Beach Meal Replacement bar..210 calories...19 grams of protein, 23 vitamins and minerals less than 1 gram of sugar 75mg of potassium it was pretty good one of the best bars I've tried (chocolate peanut butter) the Qsmart bars are also very good.

My surgeon doesn't like protein shakes so I get all my protein from regular foods. I eat chicken breast, chicken salad, pork tenderloin or pork roast, Tuna salad, Boar's Head Black Forest Ham, Boar's Head Black Forest Turkey, Cottage cheese, low fat sliced or string cheese, Steaks (sirloin or filet mingon) Roast beef and ocassionally ground beef. Most of my protein comes from Chicken, pork, deli meats or beef.

I like the Atkins Carb Countdown yogurt which is 12 grams of protein and then I mix one scoop of Unjury unflavored protein powder in it (20 grams). There is absolutely no taste to the yogurt from the protein. It is very smooth once you mix it up. I sometimes add 1/2 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal for crunch (another 6 gm of protein). Tuna is loaded with protein, also.
