Ok Summer's coming and I wanna know "WHO'S READY FOR A CHALLENGE?" Call me but now MORE than ever, I need extra motivation when it comes to exercise... SO Whaddya say? I challenge EVERYBODY (and I'll post this to as many boards as possible) to WALK, RUN, JOG, CRAWL, RIDE (bikes or whatever you can) at LEAST 5 miles A WEEK! Come on YALL that's not a lot! So I KNOW I can do this, CAN YOU? WANNA PLAY? I will check in and out every Thursday (if I can) to motivate, and remind yall, but let's MOTIVATE each other!!! Are you GAME? Post your reply or you can email me I KNOW I NEED WHEN IT COMES TO EXERCISING! Am I the only one who feels this way? ~*~*~Beth~*~*~ 329.4/266/140 http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/profile.phtml?N=H1077226915

I have to force myself to do it, but I find the more I do...the more of a habit it's becoming and the more I lose & more I go, the more I want to go and am glad I did. I try to go at least 3 times a week...sometimes 4 or 5 ...also doing weight training and swimming when I can. You were doing great on your exercise and onederland was great motivation for me. I don't keep up with how far I go but how long ....but I'll be happy to chime in when I can. Keep up the good work!! Christie

I'm in. I want to walk 2 miles atleast 4 times a week. And I ride a stationary bike so I think I can do it. This week I have walked 2 times, so I need motivation to make it long term and keep doing it more and more. Jenn

actually i hate to exercise but i do it because it is the only way. If we are eating better and healthier, exercise in some form needs to be a part of the journey, i am restricted on lifting weights and doing sit ups for 4 more weeks so i been doing the treadmill and bike and stuff like that and i find it boring but the differnce is if i want success i need to burn calories and raise my heart rate. My motivator is to reach my goal, i will be trying to get more creative and in 4 more weeks doing the things i like which is weight lifting.

Beth, Count me in. I only exercised once this week so far and that was last night. I walked two miles in 35 minutes, not too shabby, but I must do this more often. My plan is to walk again this evening and hopefully Saturday morning. TGIF, Kim
