Hi Everyone
Here's what I've had:
B-1/2c Atkins Morning Start Cereal, 1/4 (or less) CCmilk, 1 strawberry on top.
S-nothing
L-2oz steak, 1 leaf of romaine lettuce, 1 low carb whole wheat wrap (steak wrap), 1 slice pepperjack cheese on top MMMMM
S-1 pinch of power crunch bar, handful or popcorn
D-1/4c asian mixed veggies, 1.5oz steak, 1 eggroll (I know, I know )
Water: around 30-40oz so far

HI Beth! Well it's 4:39 pm here in Hawaii and I've had this so far:
B - none
L - 4 pcs. shrimp, 1 chicken tender baked with dijon mustard and herbs
D - Probably the same thing
Water: approx. 70 oz. so far
1 Protein shake = 35 grams of protein - I will drink another one in about an hour. This also counts as 18 oz. of water because I use iced water to make the shake.

B- Protein Shake
S- string cheese
L- sauteed green pepper, onion, mushrooms, ham, with 1/4c egg beaters and 1 oz cheddar cheese (Yeah I know this is breakfast food instead of lunch*LOL*)
S- SF pudding cup and 2 pieces of watermelon
D- Basil, tomato pizza burger (Morningstar), 1/4 c. mock mashed potatoes, small salad with a few pieces of grilled chicken
