ONDERLAND

I just had to share with my friends here. I woke up this afternoon (i'm working nites) and jumped on the scales after my usual bathroom trip & to my shock it read 199.8 ....now I know it will probably fluactuate for a few days since I had slept a lot today since I was off last nite...but it has been so long since I saw a number beginning with a ONE there. I am like a cat that just ate the mouse. I have been discovering bones and muscles I haven't seen in a long time. I know that most thin people take those things for granted but when you havent' seen those things and all of a sudden you discover they are back visible, it's a wonderful feeling. Hope everyone has a day that was just as great as mine has been!! I cant' believe I'm finally there Christie -70 and counting

Thank you Deanna!! I am going treat myself to a cardio workout at the gym Part of my personal therapy for replacing myself with food rewards. You will be at 199 before you know it...just keep doing what we are supposed to do and it will happen!! Christie
