Doctor's Visit

Had a visit with the Doctor today. They said I am where they were expecting me to be a year from now. Down to 234lbs. My expected 70 percent weight loss would be at 177, but I am planning to be down to 150lbs or less. MY ideal weight would be 138lbs. I am going to work hard and do my best. Thanks to all who have sent me notes and supported me! YIPEE!
