**WHAT HAVE YOU EATEN TODAY?**
HELLO JANUARYS!
It's YUCKY weather outside, and I haven't been doing good about eating today... here it goes:
B-nothing
S-no more snacks for me
L-1/2c Jason's Deli soutwest chicken chili, 3 Saltines (crushed), about a pinch of grated cheddar cheese on top I love this stuff...
S-again, quitting the snacking...I gotta get this weight off!
D-probably3-4oz of steak or chicken stir fry
H2O: about 12oz of tea (I know, I'm terrible) but I've been SO busy, and now that I'm home, I can really focus on what I need.

Ok I have been bad today
B: 1 oz cheese
Lunch: it is 3:42 and I am just now having it. Vegetarian chili (boca burger brand 20 grams of protien for 9 oz, not bad)
Dinner: probably the rest of the chili
I stayed home today and that throws my schedule off.
Oh and for fluids, maybe 16 oz of tea and water.

Nectar shake (23g protein) 7 - 8:30 AM
B - 1 turkey italian sausage (11g protein) 10:30 AM
S - nothing
L - nothing
S - 2 chic wings, potato salad (16g protein) 1:30 PM
D - Nectar shake (23g protein) about 7 PM
Total 662 calories, 93g protein, 22g carbs, and 23g fat
H20 - 24 ounces, but I will get another 40 ounces in between now and 9 PM. I'm just too full to drink right now.
B - Atkins Cafe au Lait protein shake
S - 3/4 South Beach Diet high protein bar (formerly Carb Well brand)
L - nonfat, sf yogurt mixed w/one small scoop protein powder and 1/4 c. Kashi Go Lean cereal
D - 1/3 c. shepherd's pie made with ground turkey and peas & carrots
S - IDS protein shake made w/skim milk fortified with nonfat dry milk
Liquids: 12 oz decaf tea, 8 oz Tropicana SF OrangeAde, 24 oz water (I'm doing bad on getting 64 ounces!)

BREAKFAST/7:30 a.m.: Power Crunch protein bar (19 g protein)
WATER: 24 oz.
LUNCH/12:30 p.m.: Chicken, cheese and ¼ apple (15 g protein)
Exercise x1 hour w/12 oz WATER
WATER: 24 oz
DINNER/5:30 p.m.: Meatloaf and green beans (18 g protein)
WATER/Crystal Light: 24 oz
SNACK/9:30 p.m.: Protein pudding and ½ banana (20 g protein)
WATER/Crystal Light: 8 oz
Totals: 72 g protein, 104 oz water. I do not count calories or carbs officially, but try to keep the calories low and carbs mainly from fruits and veggies.
I was gone all darn day yesterday so eating good was hard for me...
B: Atkins breakfast bar
L: hotdog with cheese, sour cream and chili (no bun, only ate 2/3 of it)
S: handful of soy chips and 40 minutes later I had a protein shake
D: 4 subway meatballs with provalone cheese (HINT: If you order your meat with someone else who is ordering a sub they will only charge you for "extra meat" when you pay for your sad little meatballs or whatever meat you get!)
